EBS Blank Screen Fix

Problem: Launching the browser based version of EBS (EBS Agent from the link on the intranet or your internet explorer favourites) leads to a blank page (see figure 1 below).

Fix Step One: Right-click anywhere on the page and select Silverlight (see below);

Step Two: From there select the Application Storage tab (see below);

 

 

Step Three: One the next screen click on the "Delete All" button (see below);

Step Four: A box will appear asking you to confirm that you want to delete, click "Yes" (see below);

Step Five: Exit and reload EBS, you should find you are presented with the normal log in screen.
